And they certainly aren’t timid to the idea of growing their family of spirits one by one. Full of character, stories, and craft, each one of High Mark’s spirits is sure to take small-batch distilling to the next level.

High Mark owner Felicia had already mastered the craft of distilling spirits for superior sipping. She traveled the world to find the recipes that Alaska would love. Then, after moving the High Mark brand to Nevada and opening up a brand new tasting room, all she needed was a brand to tie every spirit in the High Mark family together. 

Felicia wanted a brand that still spoke to her original audience in Alaska as well as attracted new customers in Nevada and beyond. Our challenge was to craft an image and messaging strategy that fit all of the above, and make any High Mark bottle recognizable and alike on a store shelf.

With a thrill-seeking tale behind every bottle of High Mark, Bareknuckle took those unforgettable stories and crafted a recognizable brand and product labels that tied them all together.

High Mark is our family-owned, small-batch distillery rooted in unmistakable values and brimming with personality (if we do say so ourselves). Our flavors come from a variety of heirloom family recipes we’ve encountered on our travels, meeting dusty characters on some fascinating backroads and barstools.  

Our family of spirits includes quite the cast of characters, including Apple Jack, Apple Jane, Silver Shine Original, Blueberry Cobbler Shine and even a tart little Limoncello named Felicita.  

When we’re not distilling, we’re devising ways to connect our customers with the craft. At our small-batch distillery and sippin’ room in Northern Nevada, we offer our Private Barrel Club, where you can distill a spirit of your choice while making memories with friends, family and strangers along the way. We let you take control, because we want to share that sweet feeling of tapping into a barrel you made yourself. There’s nothing like it. We love when customers pop into the sippin’ room and swap stories over a drink from their very own barrel as the story inside ages.
